1 Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the ek1971 website accessible at https://ek1971.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content. "User", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity. "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration. 2 Eligibility and Registration

3 Account Management

ek1971 may suspend or close your account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

Upon closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, ek1971 retains the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, available balances will be returned via the most recent withdrawal method associated with the account.

4 Deposits and Financial Transactions

ek1971 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ek1971 does not impose a maximum deposit ceiling, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. ek1971 will not process deposits received from third-party sources. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the originating account and any associated ek1971 account may be suspended.

All deposits are credited to your ek1971 account balance subject to successful confirmation from the payment provider. ek1971 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times, network outages, or banking system downtime.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. ek1971 aims to process withdrawal requests as promptly as possible; actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the recipient payment provider.

Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity has been fully verified.
• Any active bonus funds associated with the withdrawal have satisfied their stated wagering requirements.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.
• No active security review, fraud investigation, or chargeback dispute is pending on your account.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ek1971 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. ek1971 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet on the grounds of user error.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or sporting event, ek1971 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the user's balance. ek1971's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed bet is final and binding.

Odds on sports betting markets are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds applied to the bet. Live in-play betting markets may be temporarily suspended during periods of significant match events and will resume at updated odds.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ek1971 and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of fraudulent manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage.

• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party.
